FAUNA

While the number of species at risk of extinction grows every day in the world, in Las Nativas the number and diversity of species that find refuge here where they can recover their lost population grows.

FLORES

Over the past five years, the return of the full cycle of natural grasslands (growth, flowering, seeding and replanting) has brought with it an enormous diversity of wildflowers.

BIRDS

Twenty years ago when we arrived at Las Nativas there was not a single Red Cardinal. Today we enjoy the presence of flocks of up to six individuals. This is just one example of what is happening with many species that were at risk of extinction.

PLANTS

Las Nativas has a great diversity of native flora, however the low number of specimens and the slowness with which they grow represents a challenge for the recovery of native forests.

FUNGA

The mycelium that bubbles beneath our feet speaks of a land that is healthier every day and its fruits (the mushrooms we harvest) are the fruits with which it gives thanks for its recovered well-being.
